**The Opportunity**
As a Compliance Officer, you will ensure that our organization adheres to local and industry-specific regulations. Your role will involve monitoring compliance frameworks, driving the closure of audit points, and providing strategic guidance to enhance and maintain our compliance program.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Monitor compliance with local and industry-specific regulations (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CROE) and implement necessary measures.
- Oversee IT security compliance in line with RBI, UIDAI, and NPCI guidelines.
- Conduct periodic reviews on the efficiency, effectiveness, and controls of compliance programs.
- Drive the closure of any gaps and audit points related to IT and IT security compliance.
- Monitor and participate in the development of security risk management and internal control system tools, systems, and processes.
- Conduct audits of internal data and network security controls to validate effectiveness, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to the first line of the security organization.
- Validate the security maturity level of key suppliers.
- Support the Information Security activities of the MS Security organization within your scope.

**Who Are We Looking For**

- Bachelor/Master in IT, IT Security, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification in security (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 10-14 years of experience in information security, security risk management, and/or cybersecurity.
- Proven knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI).
- Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both verbally and written.
- Results-driven and persistent with a multicultural mindset.
- Flexibility to work in an international environment.
