Job Title: HR Compliance Officer
Experience: 2 to 5years
Location: Ghatkopar

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Liaison with Regulatory Bodies:*
- Interact and coordinate with PF, ESIC, and labour office officials to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated with the latest amendments and notifications issued by these regulatory bodies.

2. *Documentation:*
- Prepare and maintain wage registers in compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents and returns related to PF and ESIC.
- Maintain accurate records of labor details and ensure timely updates in compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. *Compliance Management:*
- Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and work with respective departments to develop and implement corrective actions.

4. *Reporting:*
- Compile reports on compliance status and present findings to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports as required by company policy and legal standards.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws including PF, ESIC, and the Contract Labour Act.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

### Preferred Skills:

- Certification in labor law compliance or HR management.
- Experience with HR software and data management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
