**About the role**
Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Driving HVAC Channel Sales (VRF, Duct, Cass, Hi wall, Tower) in Agra/ Mathura/ Aligarh Region
- Channel Management
- Revenue & Collection
- New Dealer onboarding
**Role Purpose**:
- Architect / Influencer Connect
- Market Connect
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 5+ years HVAC Sales Business in Agra region.
- VRF & Ductable sales Knowledge.
