**About the Role**:
We are looking for a driven **Channel Sales Executive** to expand our digital marketing services through channel partners and resellers. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partners to drive sales of Google Ads, paid media campaigns, and other digital advertising solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and affiliates.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners for digital marketing services.
- Train and support partners in selling Google Ads, PPC, and paid media solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates and reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through channel partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and campaign teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitive offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in digital marketing or IT sales.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and support channel partners.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or reseller networks.
- Understanding of sales metrics and partner performance KPIs.
- Knowledge of additional digital channels such as LinkedIn Ads or programmatic advertising.
