**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Department**: Digital Department
**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
**Reporting To**: Digital Head / Marketing Manager
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (with applicable HR attendance rules)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase the channel’s online presence and audience engagement.
- Manage and grow official social media handles (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with timely and relevant content.
- Coordinate with editorial and production teams to promote TV content across digital platforms.
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to boost traffic and video views.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement on the website and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the graphics and video editing teams to create compelling visual content for campaigns.
- Track digital trends and competitors to suggest innovations and growth opportunities.
- Handle crisis communication or PR situations in coordination with management when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a media or news organization.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and content writing skills (in Hindi and English).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced news/media environment.
- Knowledge of video content promotion and audience behavior on OTT and social media platforms is a plus.

- Awareness of current affairs, social media trends, and political landscape.
