**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and targets.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Create compelling ad copies, graphics, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, content, and development to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing digital marketing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, particularly in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and targeting.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
