**What We’re Looking For**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Executive with a flair for creativity and strong foundational knowledge in digital and traditional marketing. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills across 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Content Creation:

- Design visually engaging posts for social media.
- Assist in creating videos and reels for promotional use and brand storytelling.
- Contribute creative ideas for podcast topics, guest features, and reel formats.-
**SEO**: Manage SEO agency and have knowledge of keywords.**CRM Usage**: Manage and update customer data and use insights for campaign targeting and segmentation.**Lead Management**: Follow aggressively with sales team to make sure they are working on assigned leads and closing them.
- ** Tool Proficiency**: Use a variety of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to create content, monitor campaigns, and analyze metrics.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing.- Understanding of 360-degree marketing campaigns.- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content formats (especially video and reels).- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms.- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.- Strong creative thinking and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Additional Information**:
**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in podcast production or editing.- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
