We are looking for an energetic and dynamic team member to join our team as we work tirelessly to achieve our objectives. Our brand is seeing rapid expansion, and there are several opportunities for advancement and learning at NOTO.
- Develop and execute brand activation strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Identify target audiences and devise tactics to reach and connect with them effectively.
- Plan and execute experiential marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand activation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support brand activation efforts.
- Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all activation channels and materials

**Preferred & required skills**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative brand activation ideas.
- Should have Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive & Extrovert personality
- Flexible, resourceful and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to Detail

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
