We are looking for Customer Advisor for Gurgaon location. **"This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on employee's performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated."** **What you will be doing**: - Make outbound/inbound calls to interested car sellers and booking successful appointments/store inspections. - Drive sales conversion for the respective campaign and maintaining monthly performance. - Manage day on day basic hygiene such as login and ready hours, break management - Toggle and work on diff leads capturing software (Ameyo & Lead Squared) - Maintain call quality threshold and deliver best customer handling practices. - Brand articulation ability to educate customers over call. **Who we're looking for**: - Are fluent in Tamil and English/Hindi speaking languages. - Over call and are well versed in your convincing skills. - Open to work in 6 days working culture with rotational week offs. - Work under Sales and target-oriented environment. - Is experienced to situations and emerge as performer. - Experience in both Outbound and Inbound processes is an add on advantage. - Should be open to work in the assigned shift between 8:30 Am - 7Pm. **What we'll give you**: - Contribute to the global OLX Group success - Excellent growth opportunities - Work with an international team of top engineers learning from one another - Opportunity to pursue you further academic goals - Great compensation package and great benefits **Why join OLX?** At OLX, we unlock value in our people.
