**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
We’re hiring a **Customer Support Executive** to assist users of our **in-house ERP software**. This role is ideal for **commerce graduates** who understand **accounting and GST** and are excited to help clients through **support and training**.
**Freshers are welcome** if you are ready to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle support queries related to **ERP software, accounting, and GST**:

- Conduct **client training** virtually or on-site
- Offer **functional support** by explaining workflows to users
- Escalate technical issues to the product team when required

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Com or commerce graduate** (required)
- **0-2 years** of experience in software / ERP / customer support / customer service
- Basic knowledge of **accounting and GST**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
