**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Identification**: Identify potential business clients who can benefit from registering and selling on GeM. Utilize market data, lead generation tools, and networking to find prospects.
- **Outreach and Engagement**: Conduct outreach programs, seminars, and workshops to educate potential clients on the benefits and processes of GeM. Engage prospects through direct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and regulations of GeM, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Client Onboarding**: Assist clients with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the GeM platform. Coordinate with internal teams to provide necessary support and resources.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage ongoing client expectations and needs.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated with government policies, GeM updates, and market trends to advise clients accurately and enhance sales approaches.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 2+ years of experience in sales, particularly with GeM, is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the GeM platform and government procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
