Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to daily business inquiries received via IndiaMART or leads shared by Digital Team

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate fitness equipment or solutions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales conversion.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with the back-end team for stock availability, pricing, and logistics.

Provide excellent post-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, health, or B2B platforms like IndiaMART

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of gyM/Fitness equipment is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.

Fluent in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
