
Tele Sales Executive

**Main Objective**:
To drive lead generation through outbound calls using auto-dialers and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to counsellors. The goal is to allow counsellors to focus on conversions, while the Telesales Executive handles the initial outreach and qualification process.
**Key Objectives**:
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective telecalling.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's services to identify how they can benefit prospective students.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers using empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines while providing high-quality customer support.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into potential admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, including feedback, inquiries, and admission updates.
- Follow established sales scripts and strategies, with the flexibility to adapt when necessary.
- Keep current students informed about new offerings and capture feedback on upcoming launches.
- Stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a telesales executive or in a similar telecalling role.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and auto-dialing systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
