
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office systems including filing, scheduling, and communication.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments for administrative support tasks.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
- Organize internal meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Book meetings and appointments.
- Provide support in handling vendor relationships and service providers.
- Assist in basic accounting, billing, or record-keeping tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of office administration experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience in handling administrative budgets and supplies.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
