Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance, while also managing administrative operations to support smooth functioning of the office/site.

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Implement and monitor company's HSE policies, procedures, and standards.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits at the workplace.

Ensure compliance with local and statutory safety & environmental regulations.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs for employees.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.

Maintain updated records of safety inspections, permits, and certifications.

Liaise with external agencies, inspectors, and regulatory bodies.

Administration:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations (office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance).

Manage documentation, record-keeping, and filing of administrative & compliance records.

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff.

Handle vendor management for office/site services.

Support HR & Operations in implementing company policies and employee welfare activities.

Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline; HSE certifications preferred (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA).

2–5 years' experience in HSE and/or administration roles.

Knowledge of local safety and environmental laws & regulations.

Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to train and influence staff on safety practices.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)]
