CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Role Overview:
Job description:

- Contribute to sales performance and sales goals for the allocated territory
- Develop key relationships with new & existing investors to drive new business and keep them up to date.
- Analyse, evaluate, and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each client.
- Coordinate with the operations team and assist clients in their investment journey.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills (project plans, presentations, data mining, analysis)
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory. Fluency in Hindi is preferred and additional languages would be a further asset.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the finance portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Minimum 2+ year experience as a relationship manager or any sales-related position in financial services(especially selling PMS- Portfolio Management Scheme and AIF- Alternative investment funds
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Law, or Economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
