**Job Description: In-Store Promoter. Females Only**

A In-Store promoter play crucial role in promoting Tea powder range and its biz from their respective store. This position is ideal for someone who is with good presentable approach for a long term carrier. This position need smart, qualified and presentable qualities.

*Sunday working mandatory. Com off / week off can be taken on one of the weekdays.

*Should be wearing prescribed uniform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible of increasing store Tea powder ( All FMCG products )
- Responsible for merchandising, tracking stocks and follow FIFO
- Responsible to meet every possible walk-in customer to explain about tea powder brands and try and convert them to sales.
- Responsible for any outdoor activity ( only in very special cases )
- Responsible for maintain & sending daily reports.
- Responsible for placing order and collecting orders from factory.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Minimum Graduation

2. Having min 6 M to 1 y experience. Freshers are also can be considered provided they exceptionally good in communications, looks and presentable

3. Should be good in sending reports and analysing trends. Should be good in collecting feedback and present to senior team.

4. Should be loaded with patience, good communication skills, good convincing skills and stock management ability. Should be good in PR.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
