**Job Summary**:
Pearl Venture is home to the newly set up e-commerce brand ‘Frameley’. At frameley we provide customers an online platform whereby customers can upload their pictures, choose the type of frame they like and we send it off to their doorstep in just a few clicks. Customer service lies in the heart of our functioning as it builds a trust with the customer and helps us to provide a better service and product, therefore we need the a person who is well versed and fast in the English language so that we can present ourselves in a professional manner. The customer service representative will be provided logins to our relevant platforms by which they can answer all the customer queries and help keep them and our internal teams informed as well as acting as a bridge between our production team and the customer. The CSR will also be in charge of getting feedback from customers who we have served and provide said feedback to our internal teams so that we can improve our services.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
The responsibilities for the CSR include but are not limited to:
Answering customer phone calls
Processing customer complaints & grievances
Processing customer refunds and returns
Logging and timely reporting of all information related to complaints, returns and refunds
Converted customer follow up
Bulk order inquiry followup (commission applicable)
Order dispatch cataloging

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
