Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome walk-in clients and explain project details clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties or solutions.
- Share accurate information related to pricing, amenities, construction stages, and payment plans.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain customer records and feedback.
- Assist in handling inquiries received through phone, website, or social media.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for updates on project progress.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional language).
- Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in handling client queries.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or construction industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on weekends if required (with compensatory weekday off).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
