**Job Description for Quantity Surveyor ( Interior Fitout )**

**Position: Quantity Surveyor**

**Salary**: (dependent on interview performance and experience)

**Location**: Marol Naka, Andheri, Mumbai

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Experience:

- 2 to 15 Years ( Minimum 3 Years experience into interior fitout )**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, labor, and overhead costs.

Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for projects.

Manage tendering processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.

Prepare accurate bills of quantities and schedules of work.

Oversee costs and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Review and verify subcontractor invoices and claims for payments.

Assist with cost control and financial reporting for projects.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Handle project variations and claims.

Maintain accurate records and reports for all project-related expenses.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong preference for experience in interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and pricing structures.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and other relevant software.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with construction project management and estimation.

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in construction.

Previous experience in managing or working on interior fit-out projects is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
