This projects entail massive civil and sctructural work.Role DescriptionThis is a contractual, hybrid off/on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor for a project located in Bagalkot. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will include cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that project expenditures are kept within budget and financial risks are minimized. Regular site visits and inspections are also part of the role.QualificationsExperience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost ReportingKnowledge of preparing BOQs and Cost PlanningStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in relevant software and toolsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldProfessional certification or membership is a plusExperience in the construction industry is highly beneficial
