Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensuring regular inspection of bills throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential cost overruns, and address any budgetary concerns.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.

Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office suite.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skill and fluency in English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
