Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Mumbai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs including preparation and maintenance of cost reports, cost planning, cost control, and the accurate construction of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). The role involves regular coordination with project teams, preparing financial reports and ensuring that project expenditures are kept within budget.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
- Experience in the preparation and maintenance of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Ability to prepare detailed cost reports and conduct cost analysis
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Quantity Surveying software)
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
