**Job Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor**

**Requirements**:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil Works
- Exposure to Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / EPC / Interior Fit-Outs sectors
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Management for industrial, commercial, warehousing, and turnkey projects
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of industry norms, guidelines, and compliance procedures

**Key Skills**:

- Quantity Surveying
- BOQ & Tender Preparation
- Rate Analysis
- Cost Control & Monitoring
- Bill Checking & Reconciliation for Civil Works.

**Work Location: Gurugram & Mumbai**

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
