Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
Manage procurement processes and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase and identify areas for cost savings or value engineering.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on cost-related issues.
Prepare regular reports on project cost performance and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to cost management.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PQS) is a plus.
