**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimations from drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and assist in procurement decisions.
- Monitor project costs, track expenses, and provide cost control measures.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities and contract documents.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct valuations and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Identify and analyze risks related to project costs and contractual obligations.
- Assist in dispute resolution and claims management.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, legal requirements, and contract conditions.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial and construction objectives.
- Generate reports and present cost analysis to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum **5-8 years** of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of local construction regulations and building codes.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and value engineering.
