Role/Profile - Quantity Surveyor

Key Skills - Communication Skills, Quantity Surveying, Rate analysis,etc.

Experience - 5 to 6 years
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and resources.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and proposing adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to analyze project plans and specifications.
- Generate a comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQs) and specifications for various project components.
- Assist in negotiation and procurement of construction materials and services.
- Monitor and manage variations in project scope and cost, providing documentation and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, industry standards, and contractual agreements.
- Keep accurate records of project cost data, change orders, and project progress.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to project teams and management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quantity surveying.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports and documentation and Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, budget management, and construction materials.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD M Excel and cost estimation software.
