Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Mumbai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling costs for construction projects. Daily tasks include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and analysis, conducting cost reporting, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project cost efficiency and successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certification in Quantity Surveying and relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
