**Overview of the Function**:
Will be responsible for partnering with multiple crypto projects across the globe for listing them on CoinDCX, market scanning, new client acquisition, documentation, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship, coordinating with internal teams as per client requirements.

**Role at Coin DCX**
- Responsible for driving the entire supply for listings on CoinDCX by partnering with various crypto protocols, tokens, chains, etc.
- Partnering with different crypto tokens to ensure supply for the business needs of CoinDCX.
- Build crypto native solutions for CoinDCX by working with the above crypto tokens.
- Lead a team of crypto enthusiasts to achieve set metrics as defined.
- Updating the assessment framework from time to time used for reviewing the tokens with respect to their fundamentals and certain technical indicators.
- Building positive relationships with Market Makers and Finder partners
- Assisting with generating new business depending on market and user trends
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Driving new users acquisition via listings as a partnership vertical
- Generate Revenue from the newly listing token partners via Listing Fees and Marketing Budgets
- Process documentation and paraphernalia related to sourcing business
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts, approach potential customers to establish relationships.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Working closely with the senior leadership team and defining metrics to track performance.
- Owning and strategizing the entire lifecycle of CoinDCX token partners.
- Taking a data-driven approach and working closely with the growth and partnerships head to plan a go-to-market strategy for all products.
- Working closely with the marketing head and channel owners to optimize current acquisition efforts and find new avenues to acquire customers via crypto partnerships.

**What will you bring to Coin DCX?**
- Love for crypto and technology
- Having a native experience of working with crypto projects/tokens. Having worked with the listings vertical of a crypto exchange would be a plus
- Sound knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem across protocols/chains and use-cases. Ability to understand emerging industry trends and influence product roadmap.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
