Our client is a leading specialist financial institution renowned for its regulatory focus, innovation-driven approach, and inclusive culture, the firm supports complex financial operations across global markets.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AVP KYC Transformation to join their team in Mumbai.Some of the key responsibilities will include:Lead and manage KYC/AML reviews for individuals and complex corporate clientsOversee the end-to-end review process, including gap analysis, documentation, and final submissionsPerform PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screeningsEnsure correct regulatory classifications (Mi FID, EMIR, FSCS, FATCA/CRS, etc.)Collaborating with global stakeholders across Financial Crime, Risk, Legal, Credit, and Business teamsDrive team performance, process improvements, and compliance reporting to senior management.To be eligible for this role you will require:Prior experience in a KYC leadership role, preferably in financial servicesStrong understanding of UK/EU AML regulations and JMLSG guidelines and Money laundering regulationsProven ability to handle complex legal structures and documentation (e.g., ISDA, loan agreements).
