Skit was founded with the vision to build infrastructure for the ‘Voice-first’ future. The experience a company provides is as important as its products and services. Today, enterprises recognize the revenue creation potential of contact centers through improved customer experience, as opposed to the traditional cost center view. We’ve developed a Voice-AI powered call center automation platform designed to have human-like conversations through over 10 million hours of training data. Our platform can currently respond in over 16+ languages, covering over 160+ dialects and replicating human-like conversations. Since 2020, we’ve quadrupled our number of customers and revenue and our average order book has been growing at a CAGR of 200-300%. This growth has helped us secure $23M in Series B financing to rapidly scale to new markets.
Skit currently serves a variety of enterprise clients across diverse sectors such as Banking and Insurance, Food and Beverage, Consumer Durables, E-commerce, and Travel and Tourism. Role Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Enterprise SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for building a strong partner ecosystem covering GSIs, Telephony partners, Infra partners and System Integrators, to deliver a strong pipeline and revenue growth
- Accurate deal forecasting by conducting partner review of business (RoB) periodically
- Train partner key resources to enable them sell better
- Be a trusted partner to the CxOs of partner organisations to give the company a competitive edge in the market place
- Monitor competitor activities and take actions to be a step ahead
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Direct all aspects of sales, revenue attainment and management of channel partnerships.
- Create and develop revenue generating partnerships with technology, resellers and service providers
- Collaborate with sales, product development, global operations and solution engineers to develop strategic sales initiatives
- Drive sales through external reseller utilizing direct and indirect sales
- Lead efforts with Account Manager to evaluate, identify and secure large product channel deals
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities
