**In this role, you will work along with the Head of Business Excellence & Program Management to**
- Drive projects on strategic initiatives through end-to-end project management
- Work with different partners across the different Business teams to coordinate & collaborate successful roll-out of initiatives.
- Analyze data gathered to bring forth significant analytics yielding in organization wide decision making.
- Drive Automation projects for the Business Excellence Function
- Work on Industry benchmarking for various critical parameters and identify gaps.
- Work on supervising business outcomes from initiatives rolled-out.
- Drive operational rhythm on all projects and run project status meetings.
- Generate Project Status Reports & share with leadership and management teams when needed.

**What you need to make real what matters**:

- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferably with MBA from premier B schools with 5-7 years of working experience and minimum 2-3 years of Project Management
- You are a quick learner and have the ability to decipher data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.
- High analytical thinking and to process large quantities of data in an accurate manner.
- Experience in leading virtual teams, collaboration, and networking.
