Key ResponsibilityStrategic Initiatives:Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities and transformation projects i.e ChatBot / AI ImplementationDesign and drive implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new projects. Business Process Improvement:Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects. Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

Implement metrics and KPIs to measure impact and sustainability of initiatives. Innovation & Change Management:Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.

Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with leadership teams, department heads, and external partners. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of initiatives to stakeholders.

Ensure alignment of initiatives with overall business strategy. Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMBA / Graduation5 years of experience working in business process improvement, process optimization, or related rolesProven track record of driving process improvements and delivering valueExcellent written and verbal communications skills
