**This is your role. What part will you play?**
- You will work closely with internal Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
- You will work closely with the Finance team to give information related to forecast, billing etc
- You will work closely with Siemens partners to finalize contracting and follow up on Purchase Orders
- You will pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance.
- You will implement quantitative analysis that translate data into concrete insights
- You will work with and influence stakeholders to take data driven decisions
- Work with operations teams to ensure that the hubs are following the processes standardized as per the process playbook and achieve complete process adherence.
- Generate invoices for clients based on services rendered and in coordination with the Project Manager
- Working across the business to drive new opportunities

Mandate 2+ Years of experience in relevant role.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently plan and implement deliverables
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Good in anticipating problems and problem solving
- Ability to judge and take right decisions at right time
- Experience working in high growth environment and deliver solutions and ensure excellence.

- Good customer interfacing experience
- Team oriented and ability to work without direct supervision
