We serve a diverse clientele that includes both traditional and new-age companies.Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis across departments- Maintain and enhance financial models for planning and decision-making- Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reportingQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling- Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
