Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts Support budgeting processes and variance analysis across departments Maintain and enhance financial models for planning and decision-making Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
