We serve a diverse clientele that includes both traditional and new-age companies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecastsSupport budgeting processes and variance analysis across departmentsMaintain and enhance financial models for planning and decision-makingAnalyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial dataParticipate in ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modelingEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysisStrong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modelingFamiliarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
