**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **Customer Support Executives** who are fluent in **Kannada and English** to join our voice support team. This is a **non-sales, no-target** role—perfect for freshers looking to begin a stable and rewarding career in customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Record call details and update customer interaction records
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

**Required Skills**:

- Fluency in **Tamil** and **English**:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** (including 1-2 night shifts/month)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹16,000 per month
- **Take-Home Pay Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (with bonuses and incentives)
- **Performance Incentives**: Starting after 3 months
- **Attendance Bonus**:

- **Night Shift Allowance** (where applicable)
- **Retention Bonus**: ₹6,000 after 6 months
- **PF & ESI**: Applicable after 1 year
- **Annual Hike**: Based on performance
- **Cab Facility**: For shifts ending after 9:30 PM
