**Facility Personnel**

The Facility personnel should ensure that the regular inspections are done at all store. Facility personnel is held responsible for repairing, replacing & also at emergency situations in relation to safety, security or any such actionable item requiring their support. He is responsible for formulating the future projects in terms of business expansion and also handles vendors.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative operations**:

- The Manager has to maintain appropriate procurement of the materials, equipment, and other things that involves ensuring the beautification, safety and security of all locations.
- Maintaining the vendor database for all facilities.
- The Manager has to prepare snag list & taking required actions on the basis of monthly store audit.
- Ensuring availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
- Cooperate and coordinate with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices.
- Performing mock fire drills and first
- aid procedures on a periodical interval.

**Planning Activities**:

- The Manager has to perform the certain planning for the implementation of the infrastructure of appropriate facilities.
- Contracts management, Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.
- Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
- Coordinating with accounts team for vendor payment.

**Vendor management**:

- He / She has to perform the acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment's that are required for the facility - IT Systems, air conditioning, water dispensary etc.

**Monitoring activities**:

- Monitoring all Statutory Compliance areas related to store operations.
- Asset Management of all Site operations & assets across multiple locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
