Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation & Customer Outreach**:Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing channels (door-to-door, events, telemarketing, etc.).
- Conduct field visits and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Present products and services to customers and address their inquiries.

**Sales & Conversion**:

- Persuade and influence prospects to purchase products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.

**Market Research & Strategy Execution**:

- Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing direct marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest improvements.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for seamless execution of marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in direct marketing, sales, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills ( Tamil ) can apply).
- Excellent communication ( Tamil ) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers directly.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.

Experience in field sales, promotional events, or customer engagement campaigns.

Basic understanding of CRM software and data management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
