**Digital Marketing Associate: Onsite Role**

**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented digital Marketing associate**marketing **to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimisation, and budget management.
- Lead social media marketing (SMM) efforts, including content creation, community management, campaign development, and paid social advertising.
- Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and user behaviour using marketing analytics tools.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve target KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content marketing, and design) to ensure brand consistency and achieve marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising (Google Ads) and social media marketing (SMM).
- a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Google Ads: 2 years (preferred)
- SMM: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
