**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Associate** to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing activities, engage customers, and drive brand awareness for the e-commerce app. If you're passionate about digital marketing, offline marketing, analytics, and consumer engagement, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to align marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategic improvements.
- Support influencer and partnership marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure success.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
