Job Description:
**This will be an entry level position

Responsibilities:
- Helping with the day-to-day coordination of e-commerce marketplace activities- Assist the team in scheduling campaigns through the admin and Moengage Tools- Executing and optimising marketing campaigns across various channels- Content updates on the platform.-
- Designing, scheduling, and analysing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives and KPIs- Report on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and recommend strategies for improvement- Research and reporting of fashion trends

6-Month Accomplishments:
- Onboarded and trained on MoEngage, internal admin tools, and campaign workflows, demonstrating proficiency in scheduling and executing campaigns independently with mínimal supervision.-
- Understand the App, market, our communities, key driving factors and social media- Get a hang of all the marketing activities- Understand the org structure and get to know teams to collaborate with and build rapport- Developed a working knowledge of fashion merchandising updates and content refreshes on the platform.- Built strong relationships with internal stakeholders for seamless campaign coordination.- Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to timelines, with mínimal errors in campaign setup and QA.

12+ Month Accomplishments:
- Demonstrated improved proficiency in HTML, Excel, and MoEngage, enabling faster execution and troubleshooting.- Established self as a dependable team player- Maintained accurate and timely reporting of campaign metrics using Excel and internal dashboards; able to highlight top-level insights and trends.- Transitioned to independently managing full-cycle campaigns (brief to reporting) for the campaigns you handle, with guidance from the Senior Associate.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing- Experience working with the Marketing Automation tool- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, and use basic formulas and functions to support marketing tasks.- Basic knowledge of HTML codes- Interest in fashion merchandising, catalogue management, e-commerce or related fields- A self-starter with a keenness to learn and grow.- Qualification: Preferably a degree in marketing- Software and skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and content writing could be an advantage.- Is passionate about content, fashion and e-commerce and shows a keen interest in the evolving fashion trends.- Has an eye for detail, is diligent and thorough in one’s work, and keeps up with timelines- Is a go-getter, gets the work done all the while striking a good rapport and relationships with team members and the Poshmark community as a whole.- Is creative, shares Poshmark’s passion for building community and is excited to contribute to this opportunity.- Is social media savvy with a strong understanding of online shopping trends.
