We are looking for a motivated and polite Brand Awareness Associate to promote our fresh milk and grocery delivery services. You will play a key role in educating local residents about our products, collecting their preferences, and coordinating with our sales team for smooth conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain the company’s fresh milk and grocery services to potential customers clearly and confidently.
- Collect essential customer data including **name, contact number, location, and milk preferences**.
- Forward collected data to the internal sales team promptly.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into active customers.
- Visit local areas and households as per the field marketing plan.
- Maintain polite, respectful, and professional behavior during all customer interactions.
- Provide basic feedback from the field to improve awareness campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Diploma / Any Graduate (Preferred: Marketing, Business, or Communication)
- **Experience**: Freshers or 0-1 year experience in marketing/sales preferred (Field marketing or FMCG experience is a plus)
- Good communication skills in **Tamil** (English is a plus)
- Must have a smartphone for data collection and basic reporting.
- Friendly attitude and a passion for customer interaction.
- Willing to travel locally within Erode and nearby areas.
