Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes (North, South, East, West) with authenticity and creativity

- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and dietary preferences

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to curate and execute a diverse menu featuring Continental Cuisine.
- Prepare and serve dishes from French, Italian, Mediterranean, and other continental cuisines
- Innovate and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and global trends
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Guide and mentor kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques
- Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in continental cuisine
- Proficiency in sauces, meats, seafood, pasta, and baked goods
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of international food trends and presentation styles
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Ability to adapt recipes for dietary restrictions and preferences
