**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle all correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members professionally and efficiently
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary (preferably 3+ years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
