**Position: Executive Secretary**
**Location: Chennai**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assigned
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
- Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management
- Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of office.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management
- Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Events Coordination
- Coordinate for executing special projects and events, including meetings and conferences for Confidentiality and Compliance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
**Educational Qualification**
Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience - excellent communication and ability to work with CXO level stakeholders.
