**Job Title: Office Assistant (Sales Support Focus)**

Department: Business Development

**Reports To: CEO**

**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Management**
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead records in the company CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Track and report on lead conversion rates.
- Appointment Creation
- Coordinate calendars and schedules for sales team members.
- Schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Coordination with Sales Team
- Facilitate effective communication between sales team members, clients, and other departments.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and document preparation.
- Attend sales meetings to record minutes and action items.
- Target Vs. Achievement Monitoring
- Collect and track sales performance data.
- Generate regular reports on sales targets, achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in identifying areas for sales growth and improvement.
- Assisting Management Team
- Provide general administrative support to the sales management team.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Provide sales support by processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer accounts.
- Contribute to after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations
- Design and develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing purposes.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Nature: Calm and composed with a high maturity level.
- Compensation: Salary package between Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 2,40,000

**Job Location: Atladara, Vadodara**

**Office Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
