**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
**2. Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Input data into company software and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
**3. Communication**:
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
**4. Supply Management**:
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep track of inventory and assist in procurement processes.
**5. Document Preparation**:Assist in preparing reports, sales bill, and documents using Microsoft Office or relevant software.
**6. Assistance to Management**:
- Support managers and supervisors with administrative tasks, including data collection and quality report generation.
**7. Organisational Support**:
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role is appreciated but not strictly focussed instead highly motivated individual is the best fit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Tally Software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
