**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and copying
- Maintain accurate student and faculty records, files, and databases
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
- Support the preparation and distribution of memos, reports, and official correspondence
- Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Assist in organizing university events, departmental activities, and academic schedules
- Help process student forms, registrations, and academic records as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and faculty information
- Support other administrative staff with tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in office administration preferred
- Prior experience in an academic or office setting is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of university ERP systems is a plus
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Polite, professional, and student-friendly demeanor

Schedule:

- Day shift
